Competition Outline: Users had the chance to win a spot on stage at the 2015 Good Life Festival in their state. They uploaded their latest mixes and their fans & friends were able to vote for them to be in the running to win.

This app gave fans a ‘money can’t buy’ experience whilst giving them a platform to showcase their talents. The app allowed users to upload their latest mixes via Soundcloud or Mixcloud and share this with their friends to get votes. The winner was then selected amongst the runners up with the highest votes.

This app had a significant amount of organic growth because it was exactly what their target market wanted. Not only does it interact with fans but it creates awareness of the event and ultimately increases sales.
